This Weekend we will strengthen a playful mindset that uses efficient patterns instead of force to deal with the outer world, broaden the subtleness of our sensory motor system through touch, breath, relaxation and grounding, enrich our creativity playing physically with others, embody our imagination through different types of animal flows, nourish novelty, shared risks, subtle listening, blending egos, open communication, creativity, challenging skills and passion, develop a dynamic stability, foster an embodied communication, reclaim our bodies, enhancing our sensoriality and our empathic connection with the earth, with ourselves and others.
